Dubsalon starts his music journey in the 90’s as a guitar player, traveling the world from Italy through the US to the UK, he has been producing electronic music for over 10 years. Starting his career in the London underground music scene, He now Runs his own recording studio “Freestyle recordings “ base in Argentina recording & producing albums for different bands & solo artists as well as producing his own music & performing live sets in his spare time away from the studio. Dubsalon’s music can be described as psychedelic dub with an analog old school flavor and a hint of Indian mirage. Ranging from chilled psychedelic & laid back beats to heavy bass driven meditative grooves. Dubsalon had his first commercial release in 2009 with Scrambling Shapes a psychilled Ep for the Canadian Label Node3/dark records. To date Dubsalon has released music with several international labels such as : flying mountain (UK) Dubmission ( UK) , Ideology (Germany), sound patrol records (UK) Gravitas (usa) Dan dada (Portugal) Angel dust (UK)and new releases coming out this year on Ajna vision, nutek chill & eardream music. He has also released 3 award winning sample libraries: ( Dubwise 2010, twisted dub 2011 & rasta MC 2012) for the highly acclaimed label Loopmasters (UK) and ( root step 2012) with: SPF samplers (UK)

Arise Roots began production of their first full length album. They’ve spent the last year sharing the stage with some of the biggest touring acts in reggae such as, Barrington Levy, Kymani Marley, The Wailers, Don Carlos, Gondwana, Midnite and even hip hop heavy hitters, Public Enemy.

The goal of Arise Roots is to create a fresh reggae sound with a modern feel that appeals to all ages and races, but one that doesn’t compromise the true feel of roots reggae. Anybody who has had the opportunity to witness the band play a live show understands the powerful sound and positive vibrations that they produce. “Moving Forward” was recorded at top Los Angeles studio Kingsize Soundlabs with the help of veteran sound engineers Brian Dixon and Richard Robinson.

With a solid foundation of sound, Brian Wallace was brought in to master the album and add all the finishing touches. Always paying homage to past reggae legends, the album Moving Forward brings to mind the influences of Black Uhuru, Dennis Brown, Bob Marley and The Wailers, Israel Vibrations, Alton Ellis and Gregory Isaacs. From a broader view, “Moving Forward” is an album for the people that creates consciousness with a modern edge, yet grounded in traditional roots.

Junior Culture was born Jermaine Vassell on August 13, 1980 in the fiery Jones Town, in Kingston, Jamaica. Music sparked an interest in him from the age of seven years old, when he performed during
a festival at his junior high. The experience lit a fire in him, which continue to burn into his early teens. The decision to pursue music, especially Reggae Music, was stamped on his heart, in his psyche, and on his tongue. He was encouraged by his Aunt to write his first song called ‘A fi tek a look’ recorded at King Bully’s Recording Studio in Spanish Town.

This first 17 titles opus is produced and
distributed by their own label Black Crown
Records. It is the sum of two years of work,
collaborations with artists of France and other
countries.
In it, the album is a
concept of evocations and ideas on what The Sysiphians longs to express. A Pan-Africanism without resentment nor claims, just like the key title of the album My Provider a hymn sung by Ras Hassen Ti anddedicated to the glory of Jah and Ethiopia.
The same riddim for Peter Youthman (France) which 

intones here a plea on the universal love (Jah Jah mi providah).

Certain sens of history with the title Elephant Emperor, where Ras Hassen Ti tells
the famous battle of the valley of Adoua (1896). On the same riddim Ras Teo (USA) sing Work

 reminding that any work for a Rastafarian is above all in honour of Jah!
The hope for the youth with the title Noble Youth, ridiculing the effects of fashion
and the ignorance in favour of a certain ethics that of the righteousness!
All the riddims are produced and dubbed by Puppa Rico, mixed and mastered by
The Mister X (EMS Studio) ; they are declined in Dub and Stepper versions with
the collaborations of Mad Professor (UK) on Mad Provider and Franck Gonthier
(France) playing balafon with talent on Elephant Emperor.
